Returns and Exchanges
Nadeem Bags accepts returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
If a package is being returned, the customer must ensure it is returned in an undamaged condition. Damaged returns will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer and will cover only the product value, excluding any shipping costs incurred. The shipping cost for returning items will be borne by the customer.
In case of an exchange, the new order will incur a delivery fee of Rs.300.
